Class Options

The KBF-style workouts evolved into what they are today when we moved into The Box in 2024, building on years of group training experience and refining the program into a strong, sustainable approach to fitness.

These classes focus on classic strength lifts like back squats, deadlifts, bench press, and strict press, along with accessory and arm work to ensure muscles are trained evenly and safely. Programming is structured to allow proper recovery so your body can repair, grow, and get stronger over time.

We train in cycles, giving you the opportunity to track progress, build confidence, and hit new personal bests — and yes, we celebrate those wins together.

Each class finishes with a short endurance-based WOD, pushing your conditioning while keeping things fun and challenging. Expect to work hard, get stronger, and enjoy the process alongside a supportive community.

KBF Circuit is one of our original class styles — the kind of workout that helped shape KB Fitness from the very beginning.

These classes are built around timed circuit training, typically using 5 rounds of 4 movements, followed by 4 rounds of another 4 movements, working 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off. Workouts are usually full-body, with some light cardio mixed in to keep your heart rate up and the energy high.

Weights are kept moderate, allowing you to move with intention, maintain good form, and stay consistent throughout the workout. The focus is on steady effort, quality movement, and getting a great sweat without beating up your body.

KBF Circuit is perfect if you’re short on time, want an efficient full-body workout, and enjoy getting in, getting a sweat, and getting on with your day — all in just under an hour.

Box + classes are our CrossFit-style workouts, built around the belief that anyone can do it — at any age and any fitness level.

These classes include Olympic lifts such as cleans, jerks, snatches, and overhead squats, along with gymnastics movements and varied conditioning. Programming runs in structured cycles, allowing us to focus on skill development, fine-tune technique, and safely progress more technical lifts over time.

Every class is fully coached and completely scalable. Movements, loads, and intensity can be adjusted so you can train safely and confidently, whether you’re new to CrossFit, returning after time away, or continuing to challenge yourself.

Box + is ideal for those who enjoy variety, learning new skills, and pushing their limits — all within a supportive, encouraging community that meets you where you’re at.

Box + Teens is our CrossFit-style program designed specifically for youth ages 13–18, helping teens build strength, skills, and confidence while training safely alongside peers their own age.

Classes are similar in style to our Box + workouts and may include Olympic lift progressions, basic gymnastics movements, and conditioning, all taught with a strong focus on proper technique, safety, and age-appropriate loading. Programming is structured in cycles so teens can learn movements, improve skills, and progress at a pace that supports healthy development.

Every class is fully coached and scalable, ensuring each athlete is challenged appropriately while building good movement habits that will support them both in sport and everyday life.

Box + Teens is a great fit for teens who want to feel stronger, move better, gain confidence, and train in a positive, supportive environment alongside others their age.

Fit for 55+ is designed for adults who want to move their bodies, improve mobility, and build strength in a comfortable, supportive, and non-intimidating environment.

This class is perfect for those who are new to the gym, returning after time away, or who may feel hesitant joining a faster-paced group class. Workouts move at a slower, more intentional pace, with a strong focus on mobility, balance, functional strength, and proper movement for everyday life.

Every class is fully coached, with modifications provided so each participant can move safely and confidently at their own level. There’s no pressure to keep up — just encouragement to show up, move well, and feel better.

Fit for 55+ is about staying active, maintaining independence, and building confidence in your body — all while being supported by coaches and a welcoming community of peers.

Partner WOD is our Saturday staple — and always a blast.

When you arrive, we’ll pair you up (no need to bring a partner), and together you’ll work through a shared workout designed to challenge you while keeping things fun and supportive. Classes usually include a strength portion, sometimes an Olympic lift complex, followed by a team-based workout to finish the day strong.

This class is all about connection, encouragement, and community. You’ll work together, cheer each other on, and push a little harder knowing someone’s right there with you.

And some Saturdays? We stick around for coffee and a visit after class — because fitness is better when it brings people together. Partner WOD is perfect for all levels and a great way to kick off your weekend feeling accomplished and connected.
